1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using My Course Cloud ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You should check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Description of Service

My Course Cloud is an educational platform that provides:

• Centralized access to course materials and resources
• File organization by semester, course, and subject
• Favorites and personalization features
• Educational video content
• User account management

The Platform acts as an organizer and aggregator of educational content. We do not host course files directly but provide links to content hosted on Google Drive.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
• Remove or edit content that violates our policies
• Terminate inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity

3.3 User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with the proper working of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Platform Content

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by My Course Cloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content

By submitting content to the Platform (such as feedback or suggestions), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

4.3 Third-Party Content

Course materials and videos are provided by educational institutions and instructors. We do not claim ownership of these materials. The Platform only provides access to these resources.

You must respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and only use materials in accordance with their intended educational purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law
• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of our Platform
• Collect or harvest any information or data from our Platform
• Transmit any data that contains viruses or other harmful programs
• Access the Platform through unauthorized means
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior

5.2 Academic Integrity

The Platform is intended to support legitimate educational activities. You agree to:

• Use materials for personal educational purposes only
• Not use materials for commercial purposes without permission
• Respect copyright and academic integrity policies
• Properly cite materials when used in academic work

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties that defects will be corrected
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content
• Warranties regarding the security of the Platform

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Course Cloud shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of the Platform
• Damages resulting from any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform
• Any other matter relating to the Platform

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Course Cloud and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
